Why we use it
To operate your account, fulfil and ship orders, review consignment submissions, answer your messages, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Who can see it
Your profile and order data are visible only to you and to Once. curators. Other members never see your email, phone or address. Messages and offers are relayed by our concierge.
Processors
We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, database storage, image storage and email delivery. They process data only on our instructions.
Retention
Order and consignment records are kept as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time; records required by law are retained in anonymised form.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Update your details from your account page, or contact us for anything else.
Cookies
We use only the storage necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your shopping bag. No advertising trackers.
