Shipping
Every piece is dispatched insured and tracked, packed in archival tissue. Domestic delivery takes 2–4 business days; international delivery 5–10 business days after payment is confirmed. Tracking appears on your order page as soon as it ships.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and local taxes, payable by the recipient on delivery.
Returns
You may request a return within 5 days of delivery if the piece differs materially from its listing. The dress must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.
Non-returnable
Bridal gowns altered at your request, pieces sold as final sale, and items damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Reserve deposits
Reserve deposits are fully refundable if you do not proceed within the 48-hour hold, and are otherwise applied to the purchase price.
Authenticity guarantee
If an item is confirmed to be counterfeit, you receive a full refund including shipping, with no time limit.
